Instructions for returns:
1. Request a return:
- To start a return, log in to your customer account on our website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order you would like to return.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.
2. Prepare packaging:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging or use comparable shipping packaging.
- Enclose the invoice or a delivery note.
3. Generate return label:

- Please note that returns will incur shipping costs that will not be refunded.
4. Shipping the return:
- Attach the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible.
- Choose a shipping service of your choice, pay the shipping costs and send the package to the address specified on the label.
5. Refund:
